The Diversity & Inclusion practice works in concert with all other practice areas in the firm. We partner with our clients to insure that diversity goals and objectives are achieved and exceeded throughout the talent acquisition and talent management process. We challenge and encourage clients to look beyond “tried and true” sources and measures for executives with the required skills and expertise. We work cooperatively with diversity officers to ensure that diversity goals are reflected in all aspects of the search work we perform for our clients. Additionally, we share our knowledge and experience with our clients by providing regular verbal and written briefings on the diversity-related successes and challenges we encounter.
