Director of Human Resources (Retired), Snap-on Tools
Tom Josephs retired as Director of Human Resources from Snap-on Incorporated, a global innovator, manufacturer and marketer of tools, equipment, diagnostics, repair information and systems solutions for professional users. Tom began his career with Snap-on after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Throughout his career Tom held increasingly responsible positions within Snap-on and its major business units. He was a valued partner to Snap-on’s business leaders and associates offering expertise and leadership in talent management and acquisition, performance management, labor relations, compensation, benefits, team building and conflict resolution.
After 36 years of successful service with Snap-on Tom decided to embark on the next phase of his life and retire from Snap-on. During Tom’s career he participated on the board of directors for the United Way of Kenosha County and the Kenosha Achievement Center. He is currently active with Meals on Wheels.
