Cassandra Brown is the Research Leader and Diversity Leader with Lawrence Stephen Partners, Inc., a multi-faceted executive search, research and human resources consulting business based in northeast Ohio. Cassandra leads the research efforts, oversees diversity programs and serves as a contract recruiter for various on-site and off-site assignments.

Cassandra Brown has multifunctional executive search experience in the areas of human resources, finance, information technology and manufacturing. She is an accomplished business executive with considerable Fortune 100 experience in human resources at the corporate, division and field levels. Her human resources experience includes several executive positions with Sara Lee Corporation in organization development, employee relations, benefits, staffing, college recruiting and salary administration. Cassandra is skilled in project management and in developing strategic, high quality, client service-oriented solutions.

At Sara Lee, Cassandra served as an HR specialist within the Sara Lee Knit Products from 1990-1997. In 1997, she was promoted to Manager, HR for the Hanes Printables Division, involved in staffing employee relations and work/life initiatives. In 1998, Cassandra assumed the role of Manager, HR for Champion Products, again involved in staffing and campus recruiting, supporting marketing, customer service, sales and the design functions. In 2000, before going to Sara Lee corporate in Chicago, Cassandra became Director of Sara Lee Activewear, where again she held responsibility for staffing, employee relations and college recruiting, supporting marketing, finance, sales, IT and the Design functions.

Cassandra has worked with several search and consulting firms over the past few years, supporting paul/lawrence and highbridge associates, Carrington & Carrington and now Lawrence Stephen Partners, Inc.

Cassandra graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing and management.
